Information you will need for your mortgage lender:

Most recent pay stubs, past 2 years W2's and 1099s, tax returns with all schedules or awards letters for SS income, disability or divorce decreee for child support, alimony.  

Statements for the past two months for all checking, savings, 401K, etc.

Purchase contract, land contract, lease to own.

Homeowners insurance agent's name and number.

Copy of contract signed by all parties.

Copy of documentation on current mortgage or rental history (mortgage statement/landlord information, phone #, address, etc...) or rent free letter .
